TLDR:GOOD PRINTERGOOD TECH SUPPORT = SAFE BUYKEEP IN MIND YOUR UPGRADES SUCH AS LONGER TUBING PTFEUSE THE RIGHT SETTINGS, THEY MAKE THE 200 DOLLAR DIFFERENCEAlso , great tech support, works A LOT to improve the customer experience, there are many guides to setup your printer on the internet, but the guided provided with the pdf and the settings from the manufacturer work way better. Before consulting them I had problems with my print time, printing took as much as 3 to 4 times what it should , printing only miniatures with some warping once in a while, but COMPLETELY UNABLE to print bigger things like a box for my final project. I was on the verge of selling my printer due to the frustration it had caused me (first timer with a pretty unique unit)...After writing a review shortly thereafter of my problems with the printer regarding tubing and such, tech support contacted me, they cared for what my problem was and via email they programmed to send me a high quality PTFE tubing to make up for the fixes i had to do on the Hot End.With that out of the way there was only the Print Time issue, longer print times incur higher probability of failure and also a more costlier power bill. The problem in the end turned out to be my slicer settings, Tech Support did an AWESOME JOB making sure i would receive the support as soon as possible, i received a test print which printed beautifully and they handed me the settings after making sure it took the right time to print. Now i'm printing all the stuff i couldn't before , Comgrow Tech Support saved me a lot of trouble and the printer is back on track!THE PICTURES SHOWN ARE PRINTED WITH WHITE HATCHBOX PLA 1.75mm:Print time reduction, After contacting support they troubleshooted EVERYTHING and it was solved pretty neatly.from 5 hours to 1 hour (print time for the couplings upgrade).Terracota Soldier, Back then i could only print the small stuff and even those took time.Project Box, Failed print that took over 17 hours due to incorrect slicer settings.Coupling Upgrades, The coupling upgrades i printed for the PTFE tube work like wonders, and looked great after removing the raft support from the Magnetic Bed (which i bought).

This 3d printer is a step up from the Ender 3 or Ender 3 Pro. It arrived semi-assembled the day after I ordered it. The contents of the box have a strong "new electronics" smell. The instructions are a bit vague, so take your time assembling the printer on a well lit large table, so you can open the individual bags. The bed leveling is not difficult at all if you have done it before. This bed has large adjustment wheels for each corner of the build plate. After assembly and bed leveling, add a filament spool, and it is ready to go. The build plate is textured glass, high quality, and very functional. The menu in the control panel is straight forward and intuitive. The structure feels very solid. This printer includes tensioners for the belts. There is an extruder wheel that serves as a visual aid to understand what the printer is doing as it extrudes at different rates and retracts. Files are stored on an included 8Gb micro SD card. There is a front micro USB port that I haven't read up on yet. There's a storage drawer in the unit's base, it fits all the tools included with the printer except for the scraper. The tools included are several Allen wrenches, a pair of flat wrenches, a small flathead screwdriver, a scraper with a metal blade, a needle-like device I think is for clearing the nozzle, a micro SD to USB adapter, and some sharp snips to cut the end of the filament for loading. There was some natural color filament included as well as spare screws, a spare nozzle, and a spare compression fitting for the Bowden tube. I was very happy with the quality and performance so far of this printer. The extras included are a rare bonus. I would recommend this printer to my friends.

This was my first experience with 3D printing so I was very unsure of what I should buy. I did a lot of research and the Creality name kept showing up, especially the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro. When I found this Ender 3 V2 and read the reviews about the printer and especially the good comments about the seller I decided to take the plunge. I have not regretted it for one minute. I have been blown away with the quality prints and the relative ease of use. Of course, as I said, I did a lot of research before purchasing so I ordered an all-metal extruder and capricorn tubing at the same time I ordered the printer. I installed them on the printer from the beginning so I can't say if they helped anything or not but I have had no problems whatsoever with the printer. I could not be more pleased. I setup a Raspberry PI as an Octoprint print server early in the process because I didn't like inserting and removing the sdcard so often and feared it might eventually cause problems with the card slot, not to mention the time it takes. That has made the printing process much simpler and and quicker by allowing me to send gcode files directly from CURA. I would not hesitate to purchase another one should the need arise.

Got the printer today, took about 30 minutes to assemble and already printing my first 3D model!Never thought it will be this easy!Had couple of questions before purchase and comgrow have been quick to answer and very helpful.

So far hands down my favorite 3D printer so far! CONSTANTLY forgot the printer was even on because of how silent it is (high speeds MIGHT give a bit of belt noise). Any problems with this machine out of the box is most likely user error as is with most 3D printer, I have learned this the hard way lol. Maintenance on this has been much easier than with the regular Ender 3 pro and I definitely plan on getting another of these and maybe try out their CR-X pro.

My wife bought this as a surprise for my sons and I. She was going to wait until school ended, but when I found out what she ordered I couldn't stand to wait. I started by "just setting it up and tune it in." But It was so quick and fairly simple. I had to run a print off. I've only had it unpacked a day and a half and already working on the 5th print. I took one print to work to show my buddy (who has a more expensive model) and he was amazed of the print quality, and just over 2 Bill's. I would say it's cheap but that word does not do it justice. They hit it out of the park on this one.

Printing quality is very good and precise (sliced with Cura) - almost no issues.During assembly make sure your bed rolls smoothly and doesn’t catch in spots and isn’t wobbly. If either is the case loosen the wheels at the bottom, make sure the wheels spin well and then slowly tighten them like lug nuts (eg alternating from front right to rear left). Also to the same to X axis. Check that X-axis gantry with a level.Do bed leveling with piece of paper from time to time. The provided white filament has very good quality and sufficient for bunch of small prints - use it if this is your first time.

[[VIDEOID:ea427b09e4ab069e8837831abea68c85]] The new ender-3 v2 is a awesome 3d printer. Liked it so much I just got a 2nd one.

Packed properly, easy to assemble, worked right off the bat, great value. That's not to say this printer doesn't require some fussing to to keep it running (as do all 3D printers). Make sure you keep the bed level.

Support is great and ready to give replacement parts if needed. So far it works great. I'd definitely look up a video online for putting it together though, it's not easy and the instructions are terrible. Can't beat the price for an introductory 3D printer.
